Henry T. O'Keeffe
HOK Law's Principal Attorney
Henry T. O’Keeffe grew up on what is now a fifth-generation working cattle ranch in Adel, Oregon. Nested neatly about ten miles North of where California, Nevada, and Oregon meet, Adel has a population of only 78.
Henry is a 2004 graduate of Lakeview High School, a 2008 summa cum laude graduate of Eastern Oregon University with interdisciplinary degrees in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, as well as Anthropology/Sociology; and a 2013 graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School.
Before starting HOK Law, Henry served as General Counsel to Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. for nearly eight years. As General Counsel to a nonprofit organization that functioned as a Coordinated Care Organization co-owner, behavioral health Medicaid administrator, licensed child-placing agency, and Non-Emergent Medical Transportation brokerage and partnered with governmental officials at all levels.

While serving as General Counsel, Henry also oversaw the organization’s government relations activities at the federal, state, and local levels. In his off time, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife, Lissa, and step-children, Natalie and Ethan, in Eugene, and taking them to Adel when time allows.
